Hang On! The Weekend is Coming!

 No matter how tough your week has been, you know the weekend is coming!

Here are our best bets for a great weekend in Gatesville.



Thursday is the National Day of Prayer and the public is invited to a special community service at the Crosses at Coryell Community Church at 6pm                                   

Ed Leonard will be entertaining at the Junction on Route 36 from 6:30-9:30pm and Taylor Branch performs at The Bar Somewhere Else from 7:30-10:30pm.



Hear Ed Leonard perform at the American Legion 7-10pm. Get there early for the Friday catfish dinner.



Saturday is all about sheep and goats and horses and cows here in Coryell County! 


Boots & Saddle Cowboy Church is hosting a Mutton Bustin & Goat Roping

Celebrate two great traditions at "Derby de Mayo" at The Knife & Cork from 11am to 10pm. They will feature food & drink specials and will hold a hat contest. Don't forget to wear your favorite hat!!





See some exciting action right here in Gatesville as Lilly G Arena Productions brings top bull riders and the Texas Grease Paint Tour to the Gatesville Riding Club Arena for the Patsy B Invitational at 7:30pm!





For musical entertainment Saturday night, Matt & The South Mountaineers will be at The Bar Somewhere Else beginning at 9pm.




Texas-Sass Style & DIY Workshops will hold a Pallet Workshop from 2-5pm on
