For live music fans, Ed Leonard will be playing at The Junction on 36 from 6:30-9:30pm. No cover, all ages. Taylor Branch will be at The Bar Somewhere Else starting at 9pm.
The monthly Gatesville Country Music Hall of Fame Show will feature The Texas Elderly Brothers, a 50's and 60's old rock group, in the tradition of Elvis, Buddy Holly, Roy Orbison, and the Everly Brothers. The show takes place in Gatesville's City Auditorium beginning at 7:00pm and admission is free.
The American Legion will have their monthly fish fry Friday with Ed Leonard playing, starting at 7pm.
Bare Bones BBQ presents The Huser Brothers and Canaan Bryce starting at 8pm plus they'll be giving away a pair of boots from Leon River Mercantile!
The Jayme Wade Band plays Friday at 8:30 at The Bar Somewhere Else.
End Summer Break with Summer Sounds and enjoy music by local talent. This free, family friendly event takes place in Faunt Le Roy Park Saturday evening beginning at 6:30pm. Food trucks will be available for food, beverages and snow cones. Picnic baskets and coolers are welcome. Bring a lawnchair.
